Def not a wuss, but you should check out Mike Israetel for some cues on good form for building. Safety-wise the form is fine.

@@XiaoFitness I said "partial deadlift", not just "deadlift". Im about the same weight as you with abs. Except I'm a programmer, not involved in the fitness industry. But you are an inspiration to us all. Proving you can get far with work ethic, even without a brain.

@@yeetdeets what do you think a partial deadlift even is? it's an rdl, top down set up bracing up top. Maybe do some research since you're a programmer not involved in the fitness industry before giving fitness advice to a fitness professional that clearly outlifts you. unless, you know, you can prove what you're talking about on video, otherwise maybe keep your form advice to yourself since you have a brain and I only have work ethic
