Here's a quick look at the recent modifications I've made to my 3D printer. Mods include LED lighting and cooling for the mainboard.
The fan makes a HUGE difference in IC temperatures, specifically those that run the stepper motors. The lighting helps a decent amount, however the shadows from the X-axis beam are a bit annoying. I'm hoping to get some additional LEDs mounted on the bottom of the extruder assembly to light up the actual print.
