Hi :D Thanks for watching. I did the uvs manually on Maya , but I know that RizonUv helps to make the process much faster. I'll test it on my next project, so for now I dont have a good tip to share about uvs yet :)

Hiii , tks for watching! About the pixelation, I think that could be something related to your texture resolution. Try to increase a bit to see if it works. (Texture> Mesh & Texture Resolution) I usually edit my geometry on Maya and reimport the model inside 3DCoat. There's an option ''Replace geometry" that you can use to don't 'mess with the texture that you already painted. In order for this to work don't change the materials, just the topology or uvs :) (File > Import > Replace Geometry). Hope it helps you :D
