These seem simple enough but I just wanted to hear exactly how much quieter they made the pedals. Definitely going to put them on my throttle and clutch. Looking forward to the other 3drap reviews!

Thanks this looks to be useful. You could of course print these yourself with flexible TPU filament.

Great review and great product 👍 the knocking from pedals is actually annoying and this easy fix is perfect. I could 3D print them but for the same reason I don't bake bread in the oven it's easier to just buy them ready made. Thanks

Measuring and designing: 10 minutes. Printing: 10-20 minutes in black TPU. I would bake the bread.

@@Leynad778 good luck with that 👍 I can't be bothered. However when you do please share your experience with us. Do remember most sim racing guys spend their money on sim racing not 3D printing i can do both but this product is for sim racing my friend and someone has already done it. I use my printing for my own designs not to copy other people's. If you design something better great I may like you to print me a set. So the question is are you better at 3D printing or VR racing a better lap or better print 🤔

@@Mark__smith I've printed dozens of individual solutions for my rig like holders for my headphone, dashboard, TrackIR, Gamepad, USB-hubs, button-box, speakers, trackball-mouse, USB-fans, wheels, PSU etc. I've even printed my keyboard-tray in two parts and glued it together for 5 bucks of material and 15 hours printing-time. I found my personal limit in sim-racing already and enjoy other hobbies as well. I don't have the talent nor the age to get really into e-sports and practising a car/track-combo for many hours fiddling with setups isn't my thing either. I beat enough proclaimed aliens during races and one almost twice in rF2 lately. And what 3DRAP has done is not really a design, but a very obvious and simple solution for a problem I don't have with my Ultimates. For the Ultimates I've printed new pedal-plates and modded it with a pressure-spring instead of elastomers. I also designed my own passive spring-suspension for better shaker-effects and less bass-frequency-emissions.

@@Leynad778 that's awesome 👌 I also print stuff but things like my 20th scale Lamborghini countach and the Eagle 1 from space 1999 however this knocking pedal problem is solved with this product and the review 👌 was great 👍 I give positive feedback to good products and the people who review them well. Anyway save your time and money, simply stick the fluffy side of velcro at the hit point and that will dampen the knocking, there's many ways to fix the problem without copying or replacing just because you can. I'm usually smithy or smithy48 online assetto corsa shutoko revival project night mostly with my budget kit 👌 or on DCS with my custom helicopter simulator mostly 3D printed but not by me. Anyway let's see what is reviewed next and see if we can DIY it for less. Catch you on the next one and or see you online smithy out.

Obviously this makes the pedal not reach “zero” though and of course you can just change the deadzone in game if needed but would have been nice to see if it was needed or not. Good review though
