3rd time breaking this! Replacing once a year! - 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon Coolant System Issue

Quick video of an issue PaPaBeast is having with his coolant system. PaPaBeast was purchased August 2019. Since then, we have replaced the coolant reservoir in 2021, 2022, and just now December of 2023. We are literally replacing this yearly for breaking in the exact same spot, every time. I wish we had this much luck with the lottery!

Hi Chris , Yes ..I subscribed to your channel after watching the the waeco Cfx75dzw fridge thermister fix . Mine is now running like a Swiss watch again . Anyway my bell got rung Re your coolant expansion tank cracking . Just a thought , have you checked that your engine mount rubbers are ok , motor might be flexing . Very hard to spot unless you put a lever under your engine block and get a mate to check the mounts while you pry the motor up and down . I once put an engine through the radiator of a Toyota Landcruiser utility i once had down here in OZ after the motor slid forwards . Since then i always tie the mounts down with fencing wire as well for piece of mind .

Well first, I’m glad to hear that your fridge is working great again! These things aren’t cheap to replace lol I also appreciate you subscribing! We are pushing towards 1,000 subscribers and have been designing some merchandise! Link is in our profile. Now, you make an interesting point. I guess it is possible that with the excessive engine movement it’s pulling on the hose and over time causing it to crack. Hmmm I’ll have to look into it! Thanks for the info!

Mine just broke there with no engine bay activity. 75k miles but I rev it to the moon when snow bashing.

lol I’m only at 35,000 miles right now. I have revved it pretty good at times but nothing close to being considered beating on it. It’s just really getting annoying to constantly dealing with this

where did you order the replacement part from? Orielly said it was a special order and couldn't get it....* saw the price $67; but they wouldn't order it.

I’m having the same issue with my 2020 gladiator sport. Can’t figure out how it broke in that spot and I’m not rough on the vehicle.

my 2020 just broke at the same spot... at 220,000 miles though; maybe to be expected; Its my first issue... other than the damn aux battery; both of which just started fing up

@@BeastFamilyADV I bought it with 3,800 miles in 2020...I do real estate appraisals; I cover 13 counties for 180 banks including Rocket Mortgage...so I drive a lot!....I grabbed some plastic weld at Oreilly and put on 3 coats over 2 hours; and its been fine lol until I can get to JEEP dealer

@@TheHippieHermit wow! yea i can see why you racked up so many miles lol. It good to know these motors last that long. A lot of controversy about these motors having a lot of issues with the valvetrain. Its almost guaranteed if you supercharge it, the motor blows lol. I personally know of 2 people that blew up their gladiators that way and both and big in the "industry".
