I need help sir please I applied emission on charcaters eyes, and applied bloom on it,here two eyes are bloomed,i juts need one eye bloom effec, how to customise bloom effect? I use evee engine ,Please sir I'm big fan of you, waiting....please reply... please... please ❤❤❤
I believe you are on an older Blender version because Bloom is removed in the latest version. Anyway, bloom has a threshold field. So you can set one eye's emission with a strength say 4 and another with a strength 5. Then in the bloom settings, use threshold as 4. So the first eye won't be taken for bloom, it will be active only on the second eye since 5 is greater then 4 (threshold). Use your own values that give you the correct result.
Great lesson again! I could not make the correct reflection of objects on a curved mirror shader surface of another object. For example, the sphere with the material of reflections does not display the entire object but only part of it. Is it possible to make some fake shader?))
Curved mirror is challenging in Eevee. Since Eevee uses screen-space reflections, only the part of the object that is in front of the camera will be reflected from a shiny surface, the backface won't see any reflection. For flat mirrors you can use a reflection plane to mitigate this issue, but it does not accept any modifier, so no way to curve it. For proper curved mirrors we have to fall back to Cycles, I don't know any trick in Eevee for curved mirror surface yet.
Either use a custom texture (you can download many free textures from the internet like polyhaven.com) or use some glossy material that shines in the light - it looks better.
Speaking of Eevee lighting....do you know where Eevee's volumetric lighting has gone. I am having issues trying to light up a nebula in 4.2. I donee where the settings have gone.
It seems volumetrics is now enabled by default. You can get more out of volumetrics by enabling the Ray Tracing option and shadows. I am yet to do a full testing on volumetrics though.
I wonder what the light threshold was set at because it's such an important render setting that I've never ever heard anyone talk about. it used to be set at 0.01 by default which can definitely make this happen. it should be really low like 0.0001 (I used to set it to 0 but that bugs out the renderer now in 4.2).
Hi Thanks for this explantion on 4.2 eevee render. I have a question on glow effect. I want to animate a led light in blender 4.2 eevee. Do you know how to do it ?
You need some Bloom effect for that, but Bloom is now removed from Eevee. Please check our earlier tutorial where we discussed how to create Bloom in cycles, the same technique can be now used for Eevee 👉 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dW3qgAaiPik.html
Sir can we change the background of any already made video made in 3d blender (for example if some one use their channel name or logo so can we remove it
I think what you are asking for may be unethical. It is not a good practice to take some video and remove the copyright information. Besides, it can shut down your channel. Having said that, you can certainly do this using some video editing software, but it's not a Blender job. Nowadays there are plenty of AI enabled services to do this spotlessly. I don't recommend to use any though for ethical reasons.
Can you make a video on PC build so that blender can run smoothly without any hindrance like i5 or i7 and their relative components such as mother board, ram, graphic card etcetra etcetra and what will be its approx cost? Some information about laptop also.
Sorry bro, I am not great in computer hardware. I just use it for my creative works but I know very little about the internals. I am more of a software & design guy 🙂
@@5MinutesBlender ok not an issue I was asking Just because you are working on blender software. Do you work on laptop or PC . Please share the configuration
We need to bake the flags before we can render. Did you bake the flags? Do they look all perfect when you play the animation in the viewport and only look weird in the render output?
Hello my friend! very cool videos. thank you! Im starting in this world, and ive tried to make some data comparisons video, but my computer did not have the capacity to run the render (it would take 3 days). Can you share some minimum pc config to run these type of videos? thanks in advance
Are you using Eevee or Cycles? Also, if you don't have a high-end machine, you can leverage the power of free GPU on Google Colab - we have published tutorial on this 👉 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xYqOjIo_4tA.html
@@5MinutesBlender thank you sir! very nice video. im trying to do some data comparisons videos. i alredy bought your addons by the way. very nice. the google colab will work to do this type of task too? thanks in advance my friend!
@@corneta_news Yes of course, you can render a good quality video in Cycles using Google colab which might be time-taking on your personal machine. All the best for you 👍
Click on the dropdown arrow just beside the preview mode selection (solid/material/rendered) and select Scene Lights and Scene World - they are disabled by default. Once enabled, you'll get light and the objects will be visible.
Hello, My eevee render view is showing completly black so much so that even my lights added to it no longer works (my scene is no longer lit) compared to the previous versions... How can i fix this? I as well added sunlight to try and see whats wrong with my scene but its completly black.
Please check the light threshold in the render properties and reduce it to zero or 0.01 - otherwise it can block all the lights. Other than that please check if it is behaving the same in Cycles. If Cycles is also dark, it means your scene has some problems because Cycles did not change at all in this version. You can download our blend file from the link given in the video description and compare your setup field by field. Lastly, if nothing works, you can send your blend file to us (5minblender@gmail.com) so that we can check.
@@TronicD-r5t It's a trade off between quality and time-to-render 😊 You might have not seen the days back when there was no Eevee, only Cycles, and we used to wait for hours to see a single frame render output 🙂
Yes, it would have been better to keep the old Eevee as an option for some more time. If not for anything else, it would have at least helped us to quickly compare the result in two engines like we do between Eevee and Cycles at present. That was the initial plan as well. But they changed it because it became a costly affair to maintain the code base for the old Eevee.
GREAT TUTORIAL!! Can you please make a tutorial on balls simulation where lots of balls are already present in a box and when you open one door they get out like normal physics applications. attaching the link for the reference, Thank you. been scratching my head over this for a long time. here's the link.: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6jKqyfFsf0I.html
While it's not exactly the same, you can get enough clues from this tutorial (wait for the tutorial breakdown after the demo video) 👉 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iYxqdPNLr2g.html
