Neuvilette belong to the Human realm. He's dragon mentally but not physiqaly. He has the human body according to his voicelines and byakuyakoku collection. Also he has constellation which is also a hint of his true nature

Realms are mention by Enjou in The Subterranean Trials of Drake and Serpent too, right? It's not just the event. And the wiki gets it wrong about Void and Light realms being opposite. Which in turn tends to bolster belief that the Abyss realm was always there. The point is it's a 3-way symmetry, at least that's Enkanomiya's philosophy. Hence triangles. The Irminsul doesn't manipulate people's memories directly - it just stores them. It's unknown if the tree comes with the PO or before. Probably with the PO (since Apep talks down to Nahida the avatar of the Irminsul). The people who can manipulate fate (through the Irminsul) seem to be people who have their own selves as their constellations based on Neuvillette's Character Story 5. Which is to say, people who aren't sucked into the fate system, for example by getting a Vision (as René observes). But I don't think this has anything to do with realms. And even those who can use Irminsul are still effected by it. For example do Abyssal Lectors have constellations? But they presumably wouldn't be able to manipulate fate using the Irminsul and would be effected by Irminsul shifts. "Pure elemental beings" is a bit of an ambiguous phrase it seems to me. Neuvilltte is clearly not pure - he's a human in some sense. It's not like he can just change his form to a dragon whenever he feels like it the way Archons can. he complains about it in the Serenitea pot lines. Hypostases can cast spells which feature human runes. They didn't learn how to do that in the Light realm, did they? They might be in the elemental critter archive division but there's something up about them. Oceanids seem suspicious too. They are made by Egeria who herself is made by a Shade so Human realm, but made from only native elements so Light realm-ish? In the end I guess it depends on how you define the term "pure elemental being". Specifically is the definition based only on material or does it include informational origins. Egeria is informationally dependent on her Human realm origins, despite her pure elemental material form. The game seems to be trying to redeem the bad reputation of the Abyss in places these days (for about a year?) But the biggest hint of this is meeting Skirk who turns out to be extremely chill and not at all "evil" or even aggressive. She strongly suggests that she employs Abyssal energy to fight since she is impressed that Neuvillette and Traveler can defeat the whale without using higher tier energy, but instead just lower tier elemental energy. Sibling suggests Khaenri'ah is not in the Abyss in the Chasm memory flash back cutscene. Says, "For too long have we dwelt in the Abyss" in connection with bringing back Khaenri'ah. I had the impression that what is known as Teyvat, the continent, the seven nations, is all Human realm entirely as was Enkanomiya. There might be an imbalance in the gateway offering event but it's not that Enkanomiya wanted a mix of all three realms. It was a human city, so it needed human realm. The other 2 are just toxic to human life. No balance is needed with them. Especially not the Abyss. A lot of time and effort goes into eliminating the smallest amount of Abyssal energy in Teyvat with Nails and so on to the point Apep complains about how she couldn't find any. As such it's not a balance of the three realms in Teyvat, it is one realm - the human realm. As for theorizing that the bad things humans do like the Aristocracy are due to "too much" human realm stuff in Teyvat... where does this come from? I'm not aware of any mention of balance or realms or energy in that context, or even with the Sun children. Plus if bad human behaviour is caused by balances in realms the why does Inazuma have a civil war? Instead of balancing 3 realms you might want to consider the three Descenders different philosophies as summarized by Dainsleif in his 3 questions to the Traveler (in effect he's asking the 4th Descender - "OK I know what the philosophies of the first 3 Descenders are but what about you?") these philosophies aka "Principles" appear to be about how humanity should be governed, and by extension, about the fate of Teyvat. basically the stuff you were talking about wrt realms balance.

Kaeya has not shown to have the infamous Khaenriah curse yet. Also, 8:28 Childe is NOT from outside of Teyvat, he's from Snezhnaya he just fell in the abyss when he was young.

not really the point of the video but @ 4:10 it always baffles me that foçalor literally destroyed the throne of the hydro archon and restored neuvillette's full power as a sovereing dragon (meaning hydro visions and the hydro element is not under celestia's jurisdiction anymore) and that still wasn't enough to wake up celestia or the heavenly principles... just what the hell is going on and what really happened after the destruction of khaenri'ah 🥴 great video btw!
