another great idea to make use of your library of video! you sure have done well to find some amazing and stylish places for good prices! you do such a good job of showing off the charm of each place with your filming and edits... I'm currently in GDL Centro, only a few blocks from the main cathedral. I've made a deal with the owner outside of Air BNB to stay here till mid December. I would have stayed longer but he kept getting more reservations while I was waiting to talk to him. anyways I am paying $29 Canadian a day (around $22US) so I am quite happy with that! the place I am staying is very cool - its considered a "patrimonial home" and is 125 years old. the owner is a Canadian and he bought the building in an abandoned condition and restored it back to original condition. the ceilings are 15 or 16 feet. I cant even touch the top of the door frames unless I stand on my tip toes. there are "beaux arts" style murals on the ceilings. the owner divided it into 3 or 4 apartments built around a courtyard. I really love the centro of GDL... it has so much character and romance to it. even though so much of it is run down and falling apart.
