For the asking price I would of expected better balconies and probably a private pool, the decor is out dated and the fixtures and fittings I wouldn’t call them high end so with all that in mind I think the asking price is ridiculous. Good luck trying to sell this who knows a blind person might turn up and you get a sale but anyone with twenty twenty vision you’ve got no chance.
I like the unexpected corners and rooms the way they are. I wouldn't change a thing. Maybe some touch ups. And if you are interested you can always just say that the price is more than you can afford. Don't say it's overpriced to them. It's better if you say you can't pay that much. But for a lower price you are interested.
Not a bad price for the size and location. The same size unit in central London would be 4-5 times the price with a much better chance of getting stabbed.
But it's Not London! In New York, and probably London, this place would easily go up in price! Not necessarily the case in Bangkok. This Unit is Waaaaay Overpriced!!
So much wasted space. Definitely not worth the asking price. It would also need some touchups and renovations as well along with some walls being knocked out.
