@@Fiat-kl6lt I don't find the price ridiculous... But I also can't afford it. In my country, you can not live in a penthouse in a major city for anywhere close to 750k. It's all relative.

Hard to tell if the real estate featured have 24 hour concierge vs limited hours concierge. One building I lived in in the past had a 24 hour desk in the lobby, but it was a “security desk,” which severely limited the services available to residence. It would be helpful to know how each condo handles this service. I wonder if future broadcast could at least make mention how each residence handles this service. This would impact my personal desire to choose one condo over another. Great podcast. I continue to enjoy the content. I might even utilize the services your business provides clients when I relocate to Thailand in the coming months. 🙏🏼
