This reminds me of Italian Apertivo in Florence. Basically you pay a fee for beverages during happy hour and can graze a bunch of elaborate tapas at the bar. You've definitely inspired me here as that I've gotta up my amuse bouche game for my upcoming bnb, we are going to offer a five course meal to our guests. I really like the mini tortilla as a breakfast idea for my guests as well. You always inspire chef. Thank you.

@@ChefJamesMakinson Yes, Florence was not cheap but excellent food and wine (of course). We've bought the house for the bnb and will be moving there at the end of the month, so much work ahead of us but just want to get started...
