Hello there. Nice concise travelogue. Great editing. Perfect since I'm well past the clubbing days and am more interested in the history of an island that was all mercenaries at one time. I'm weighing whether I should rent a car, and for how long. Do you feel like 4 days was good for a car rental?

For the rental car - I think if you’re going to leave Palma that a rental car is a good idea. 4 days was a good amount of time for us but of course we could always do more 😝 There are tons of rental car options at the airport.. I will say we booked our car through Booking.com and the rental counter at the airport would not honor that rate.. so I’d book directly through the rental service and not a 3rd party. We had an overall bad experience with Goldcar there so maybe go for a different company 🙈
@@willandalextravel Thanks for the info. I DID go through an aggregate site, but not GoldCar. I've found Booking dodgy for just about everything. The fact is they don't help travellers find things they need. They help vendors attract travellers. WE are the resource, not the hotels and rental companies. So they are not incredibly helpful sometimes.
It was covid year probably that's why I will be going there this year also in September and I hope it would be less crowded, it would bring experience of local people which is for me much better than going in the peak of the season 👌
