I like this cook. First, I'm vegan so the recipes are much appreciated. Next, he is a no-nonsense, let's get straight to the point cook. Amazingly, he does four (4) recipes in one video! With many other videos, I sit through an entire presentation, listen to comments about family, ingredients needs, the weather, etc. for ONE recipe! He got my thumbs up and I've subscribed.

It’s one of my favorites go to, so quick and delicious! However since I’m not partial to mushrooms in water, ( they feel rubbery to me texture wise) I usually sauté with baby bokchoy & garlic, using an low calorie avocado oil spray, sooo good!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I absolutely love your no nonsense way of editing and presenting your videos! The nearest Asian supermarket is over an hour away from me, but I can't wait to try out some of your recipes once the lockdown is over! The only dish I had all the ingredients for so far was your salt and pepper tofu, but I burnt the peppercorns and was using frozen spring onion as it was all I had to hand. I'm sure it would have been great with fresh ones!
