This is what i was looking for. Best muscle building/growing educator you're Sir Moji. Your tips have improved not only my way of training my specific body parts but also the muscle definition with doing the correct form and tempo based exercises. Though I train myself through calisthenics but the angle and tempo based aspects, i was lacking earlier which i got to know from your guidance based tips. Thanks a lot Sir. Keep on inspiring us making your videos i.e combination of few exercises for two or more body parts.

My forearms at the moment are literally just bone. I find it so hard to do a lot of lifting because of it. This video is really helpful and I will be applying your advice whilst in the gym from now on. Thank you

Excellent advice and yes I did learn something, especially about keeping the elbows tight in against the body toto prevent the arms from splaying out. I can see how this will put more emphasis on the forearm to lift the weigh without added momentum. Thank you.

Symmetry ! , I can dig it man- it's a body building thing . I've always enjoyed getting my forearms pumped. From my pugilist days. I once noticed George Forman had some crazy huge forearms- And I reasoned that having stronger forearms and wrist would add tremendously to my striking impact - and ah , it does. But technique is always a main consideration. Great video post- Thanks

Hello my friend, i just want to thank you for this video. Iv'e been lifting for 6 years now. I guess you could say i'm obsessed with having perfect form because i wasted a few years in the gym with incorrect form, showing little results and a lot of injuries. Apart from injuries i don't think there's anything worse than working out hard but showing no gain in muscle mass. It's depressing and frustrating. Your detailed videos have really helped me and i'm gaining muscle now. Thank you!! I will continue to watch your videos.

Ive noticed the thicker the bar the length of the forarm muscle gets worked. Great for taming those skinny wrists. Wraping a sock around the bar works too

I swear that i'm now like i didn't know anything before . I really really learned from your a lot of things and of cours you got a lot knowledge about what you're talking about .
