Have you ever wished to have more hours in a day, or an extra day in a week, so you had time to do everything you wanted to do? What if you could invent that time through implementing a few tiny habits that took 60 seconds or less - but saved you hours. Good news is you can. As a working mom with demanding career who insists on doing all the things I want to do, I figured out how save +24 hours per week to have time to focus on what matter at work, spend time with my family and friends, take care of myself, and enjoy downtime everyday - and I’m not gatekeeping, so in this video I’m sharing exactly how you can to.

Good Morning Jennifer 🌞 ! I was embarrassed to see I spent just over 40 hours a week on my phone & have cut it to 30 .. My goal is 21 which is 3 hours a day .. that's plenty. Thanks as always for the excellent inspiration. You Rock 😊

I was clocking 48 hours 😬 I got into app usage, and also decided to focus work tasks onto my laptop (if I can't sit and focus I can't do work). Made a big difference! My goal is 2 hours a day, but the bigger one is consistently leaving it alone after 8pm

Very true. Context switching wrecks many days, once there are 5-6 gaps a deep focus day is gone.

Nice video! I also liked the analogy of Tetris. It always, always got tense and seemingly impossible near the end. At least in real life, it doesn't just keep getting faster and faster, even if it might seem that way sometimes!

Hi Jennifer pls help me i was quiet and introverted during my first job last year and got fired for requesting a change in team. How can quiet people the odd one out survive in a workplace full of extroverts 😭🙏🙏

Saying no can certainly FEEL uncomfortable, but at the end of the day when we don’t we will inevitably continue spiraling further into a rut. It’s alright, people will get over it and if not then maybe they aren’t the people you want to be spending lots of time with.

Saying no to one thing is saying yes to something else (in many cases, ourselves!)

It's a good idea to delete apps and leave your phone in your bag or in another room. I reduced spending time on phone by doing it.📴📵

I have a question i would love to know the answer from you, 1. In an interview , if the hiring manager is looking down on you and even i tried to act professionally understanding me and him got in a misunderstanding due to the perception we received from eachother however i felt he does not want to listen to my side of story despite he ask for it nor what i propose as i am confident that the position i apply for is in my profession that i literally knew because every colleague and bosses i work with have excellent feedback about me in that field. However this interviewer doesn't seem to understand and didn't even see my testimonial nor my documentation full of evidence of my works. How do i disarm someone who is trying to provoke me in an interview with that kind of person who thinks he is the kind of the world? Because i endup react to his disgusting behavior and reject him to hire midway interview as i knew very well he is toxic.

Press your clothes on Sunday for the whole week and hang the clothes you’re wearing for the next day on the night before it (I see people waking up early in the morning and choosing + pressing their clothes, which is a huge waste of time)…
