*TIP* When the protein mixture is still wet, melt your chocolate and swirl it in. This way the bars will be firmer and you will have an easier time keeping the chocolate on it and less cracking! Same effect, but make it swirl! :)
I just made these, however, I rolled the peanut butter mixture into balls, chilled them and them dipped them in choc. I had some choc left over so I mixed some vanilla protein powder into the melted choc till a dough formed and rolled them into balls. Both turned out so good!!!!! For the sweetener, I used sugar free syrup and that gave them a sweet rich flavor!!! So good! Thank you for the video, 2 candies for the price of one! WIN WIN
I love your channel!! I made the one recipe chocolate bars from your other video the ones made with sugar free cool whip, and oh my gosh !! So great !! My son and i are type 2 diabetics and i am so happy i found your channel here on RU-vid!! I am definitely going to make these !! Thank you for sharing your healthy recipes! ❤
What I love most about Myra videos recipes, she is quick very easy instructions and it turns out amazingly good. Myra your peanut butter cookies recipe was not so good that peanut butter almost choked me lol. When you can will you revisit another one?
I think I would omit the sweetener. I think the peanut butter, flavored protein powder and chocolate would be quite satisfying enough. Any thoughts on that?
Protein powder is not really protein your body can process. Junk food, better to eat real protein; meats, eggs. Definitely want be craving a snack between meals. Just what has worked for me the last 6 months to lose weight and not hungry.
I just find that the sugar free chocolate and peanut butter just has enough sweetness taste for me. As you said satisfied just enough. No sweetener needed.
I was just thinking about making a dessert and this video popped up. I had the ingredients, so I made them... and they're amazing! My biggest regret is that they have to stay frozen. Otherwise, I'd bring them with me on my trip!
What if the supermarket doesn`t have sugar-free peanut-butter? How much would the carbs go up with normal peanut-butter? And does it have to be vanilla-flavoured protein-powder?
@@VibeN1776 I do keto sometimes and can have walnuts, almonds and pecans when I do. Sorry I didn't specify that. I have been on carnivore diet for 4 months with meat and some dairy only. So if I want to have a keto day I do.
I'm craving banana pudding, with the Nilla wafers. I have found ways to swap rest of ingredients, just not them. Anyone have an alternative option? Thx
I have no knowledge about protein powders. I am going to begin my weightloss glowup journey lol. I will be watching alllll the videos but can anyone please help me with suggestions about a protein powder that wont mess up my weight loss. Thank you 🥰
For anyone reading this wondering the same thing… I went ahead and made these tonight and they turned out great! I used 1 Tbsp coconut oil with the chocolate chips.
We've got to toss our microwaves. They are so bad. The waves literally change the molecular structure of our food ~ to the point where our bodies cannot even recognize it ~ any longer. So many other countries have banned them, altogether. Ugh, I know it's hard... Anyway, thank you, sweet lady. I truly enjoy your videos!
I’m just confused because she doesn’t say the measurements for the ingredients so I don’t know how much to do for each one… or am I missing something?? Does she post measurements somewhere? Help!!
I love this channel and all your recipes. However, the sugar free talk is misleading. sugar free is still sugar. Honey(raw) has a huge amount of benefits. Yes it does raise blood sugar and yes it does have carbs. It is fully absorbed in the small intestine meaning it doesn't mess with your gut like other sugars. It has antimicrobial properties. The nutrition in honey far out weighs the higher sugar content. For diabetes yes one needs to be careful, but the dangers of artificial sugar is serious even if it is plant based. If it's for an occasional treat great enjoy! But the same could be said for natural sugar too! Everything in moderation. Cut the honey back if you need to. But I'm going for the real stuff! I think that is the nice thing about recipes. The baker is free to modify! Thank you for sharing all your ideas!
i do think this is gluten free aswell. you have to mention that! gluten is way more worse than sugar for gluten sensitive ppl and celiacs, i think you are gluten sensitive because your diabetic in the past with that weight. yes you want to avoid sugar aswell. the main reason is gluten and grains.
You can’t call this sugar free. There’s obviously sugar in there, especially with the honey. You can say ‘no added sugar’ but it’s completely wrong to call this ‘sugar free’ in the title.
Looks delish! Don’t get upset but I’m not feeling/liking that funky music in the beginning or during video. Sounds like an 8track or cassette being eaten up.
Why does she' have to say literally all the time And she constantly repeating herself drives me nuts, she's got great personality and she makes awesome food, just her ticks grind. The choc bars not healthy,I would use non sugar free chocolate, as don't Like after taste Of sugar free and Stevia etc. I would use almond or cashew nut butter and maple syrup
@@mariabarbaramarquez4698 good morning. yes, you are right some of us should move on. However, I do think that if you follow someone for 2 years and support them and are loyal to them, that Myra owns it to her fans simply as a human being to inform us of what happened. I don't expect any details but it would be nice to know that they are both well and healthy. Some of us are just wondering as we care. Not updating us at all seems a bit careless and makes me not want to follow her anymore. There's no loyalty. But you are right we need to move on so I'm un following her now. Thanks for your advice!
If you’re going to mention healthy ingredients maybe you should recheck some of the videos you have done. The “Quest” snacks you find at Walmart that have protein still they are not good. If you’re going to talk about eating healthy you should stick to that. Somethings you have approved that are good are not good for you and quest brands aren’t!
My daddy always said you can’t please everyone and your post proves that to be true. Just take what you want from her videos and leave the rest. Simple as that
lol I’m assuming your NOT an adult! This goes to the first person who made a comment on my post! First off EVERYBODY has the right to their own opinion. You’re just another Karen. I’m speaking the truth”Truth” if someone is going to claim they lost over a 100 Ibs before the beginning of each video and is showing us what she’s done to lose that weight but is still recommending things that in all actuality aren’t healthy what does that tell you! Seriously do your own research and get a life!
Enjoy your recipes but It’s not a good look to have to go to your website to get recipes because it steals data by not allowing the user to choose what cookies they want to allow, instead your website says “by using this website you agree to the use of cookies “, and then there’s a button that says “ok” no, it’s not ok and I don’t agree to the use of unnecessary cookies, I might agree to “only necessary” cookies but even then it’s suspect, that’s why I prefer what I see on some other websites which is “reject all”, this needs to be looked into and needs to be changed to protect your subscribers from unnecessary data collection
