I just tried these, and let me just say i have failed at almost all the baking ive done. But not this one. They are so delicious i used two different brands of flour and different butter because thats just wht i had. Definitely recommend.
Hello from Alaska! Well, I just made up the dough and now it is setting up in the fridge. Can't wait to see how they will turn out. Even though they are gluten free, they are very fattening and very high in sugars and carbs. But, I guess a bit more of a better choice being gluten free.PS- I added the vanilla and my dough was so perfect! Okay, I'm back....I let the dough set all night. I pressed it down in three sections with my palm and cut with a knife in squares. Baked exactly 10 minutes, let them set and cool completely, AND THEY ARE VERY GOOD! SO GOOD! I drizzled melted chocolate on the tops and they are just so pretty and delicious. I will be making these for as long as I bake. Thank you!
