Helllooo Cori wow you look so ripped💪 🙆please do share info about that too 🙌 Anyways back to this cardio, right on time will add some of these today those I like the most are Scorpion squats burpees Crab crawl to toe touch Criss cross pushups Side plank oblique crunch And my favorite Run Punch Banana (I like to call it Run Punch Snake Dance 😁) All of them are a good modified thats wot I love about your workouts 💕💕

Hi there. I am sure I am Not the only one who is having following Problem. My wrist (right side-office Job an I manage the Mouse with my right hand) hurts a lot when I am doin push ups or even the crab crowls. Are there excercises for that to train them? Again...this is a great workout. Great Moves and combinations.
Your a masochist, this looks like a form of physical torture. I will of course try the workout with every intention of completing it but knowing I won’t make it. However it will give me a goal to shoot for. Keep the videos coming.

Spinal Cord long process 😂🏋️♂️kite surfing, and snowboarding ...cost me both Supraspinatus muscle ...💣💥 Did MRT to later 🤘💣💥🤓 one gon 4 cm other 3.5cm...right biceps long head fixed in different place ..🙄💣💥still on life... difficult to get balac..most important gluteus maximus musculature comming on life..🤓I believe regeneration..I don't want to change my hips.....
That' s why some exercises are surprisinigly fresh. Your variations and the way you combine things are genious. Does people push you to make full time training series videos or am I the first? It would be nice if we trained with you - in a way...
