Connor, If you see this, I’m scouring the globe of RU-vid and Books to get the best mindset and verbiage for challenging people. I’m naturally abrupt and assertive, so challenging people, especially those who are on the sensitive side of the spectrum, has not been going well. Is there another video (I’m scouring through yours this week) or a book that helped with this? If there isn’t one, is that something you’d be open to doing? I need help… looking especially for challenging the mindset and helping it grow in the right direction. I think this is a missing link in Leadership materials…..
