12 Each leg - draw the leg up and raise both arms, and your entire upper body, into a V up position
Pause for Pushups position knee to chest 10 each fast
(Play fetch with dog if applicable 😆)
12 Boat pose V ups - bring both legs up and bent at the knee, and both arms up, lifting with your body as well
Pause for Pushup position - squeeze thighs, knees, and feet together. Do hip toggles so your feet turn side to side and you stay in a push-up position!
FULL vup 12x both arms and legs come up as high as you can get them!
