Now if you want to build strength then cardio or hiit l, and tabata is only for fat burning but push ups, crunches, squats, and chin ups is for strength training 8-12 reps 3 sets if the workout is too easy switch it up or add weight either way your also loosing weight cause lifting your body or weights can be intense depends on your level of working out when you add tension to your muscles your breaking them down and when you rest on some days your muscles will eat away your body fat for energy to repair them just besure to work on your diet for best results. Idk about others but these guys got a day by day plan for you stick to their plans but when your strength training do 3 days a week for good results and to avoid injuries.
