I have chronic neck pain due to a bad car accident. I watch this everytime my neck locks up and it provides instant relief. I've been doing this routine for years! Thank you!
No lie, three years later and this routine is still saving my life every time I use it. It’s perfect for Pomodoro. Thank you so much Rodney! 😁 rock on my dude 😎
I'm a young guy just looking for morning wake-up stretches to loosen up, and this is the video I like most, because this dude looks like he could beat you in a fight. That alone is therapeutic. I get the feeling he's the Bruce Lee of Yoga, in that he follows the rules without being bound by them. I've never felt so masculine doing stretches before, Yoga-method or not. Cool vid, bro.
I started doing Rodney Yees' yoga videos over 20 years ago. I have done his AM yoga VCR Tape hundreds of times. It is Excellent! NOW I'm ordering his dvds. Thanks so much! Sharen
I'm very new to your videos having just started about 20 minutes ago! I'm thoroughly impressed with what you are doing and look forward to watching all videos even the ones I might not actually be able to do YET! This one found me tearful at the end. Maybe it was the prayer position of the hands, maybe it was Nemaste .... Maybe both. You are masterful & I look forward to learning more about my body through your videos. Wishing you peace and harmony in your life!
I Have been suffering with shoulder problems recently from playing rugby , this video really helps, once you do it, stopped for a while and problems came back. So keep it up. Namé ste
I'm not sure why this is no longer available but I hope it returns soon. I've derived so much benefit from this in the past. Thank you for that. Please come back!
This is my favorite yoga video, I use it almost everyday at work as I tend to sit at my desk for extended periods of time. Thanks so much, this sequence relieves so my tention
I just followed along for the whole video and I must say after studying for 5 hours this defiantly helped release tension in my shoulders and neck. Thank you!
Every 1.5 hours at the computer I do this practice or the upper/lower back desk stretch in the same series - I have radial nerve syndrome, and think that this has kept me working and out of physical therapy. Thanks Rodney!
That was absolutely amazing - I feel wonderful. I wear a heavy backpack all day running around the city and I also box. This brought great relief to my shoulders.
Great video, been doing these for a few weeks and an old sports injury in my shoulder/nech is finally starting to feel like it's almost healed so thank you!
Cool - I've had a nagging pain on the left side of my neck and shoulder that refuses to go away no matter what, and these stretches made it feel a lot better.
perfect... i wasn't looking to get into yoga yet but i needed some guided instruction to ease the tension in my neck/shoulders in the morning. thank you for uploading, and thanks to rodney yee too of course :)
BEAUTIFUL! ... many mornings I and my coworkers sat thru strained workloads of paper on our desks and in need of a stress break. Coffee break is the best time for YOGA AT WORK! Thanks for having the insight Rodney!
Fantastic! I am always so grateful for these videos I can do any time. They relieve any kind of stress I might be going through and bring back a sense of peace into my life . ~Nameste
Although I ama weightlifter and love to go hard- I fully understand and appreciate the value of doing this sort of work for your body. Its probably far more important to optimal health than lifting- and I love to keep learning about the it all! Thanks for these tips!
This is SO great, Rodney! Always helps whatever problem area I have with my upper back, shoulders, or neck. Could you do one for the middle and lower back as well?
I started working from home last week and sitting hours on end in front of my computer have caused me to have neck tension and burning sensation on my left shoulder. I did stretching yesterday but didn't seem to work so I will try these this morning. Even after waking I can feel the burning in my shoulder blade area.
This video is so helpful at work! I work on a computer all day and this gets me all stretched out and back into good posture. I recommend using it every hour of so if you also work at a computer all day.
