I have been using this in my desk job for like 6 years, still my go to for a refreshing stretch. It's really saved my shoulders. 🧘‍♀️

I'm a young guy just looking for morning wake-up stretches to loosen up, and this is the video I like most, because this dude looks like he could beat you in a fight. That alone is therapeutic. I get the feeling he's the Bruce Lee of Yoga, in that he follows the rules without being bound by them. I've never felt so masculine doing stretches before, Yoga-method or not. Cool vid, bro.

I'm thoroughly impressed with what you are doing and look forward to watching all videos even the ones I might not actually be able to do YET! This one found me tearful at the end. Every 1.5 hours at the computer I do this practice or the upper/lower back desk stretch in the same series - I have radial nerve syndrome, and think that this has kept me working and out of physical therapy. Thanks Rodney!

That was absolutely amazing - I feel wonderful. I wear a heavy backpack all day running around the city and I also box. This brought great relief to my shoulders.

Cool - I've had a nagging pain on the left side of my neck and shoulder that refuses to go away no matter what, and these stretches made it feel a lot better.

BEAUTIFUL! ... many mornings I and my coworkers sat thru strained workloads of paper on our desks and in need of a stress break. Coffee break is the best time for YOGA AT WORK! Thanks for having the insight Rodney!

Although I ama weightlifter and love to go hard- I fully understand and appreciate the value of doing this sort of work for your body. Its probably far more important to optimal health than lifting- and I love to keep learning about the it all! Thanks for these tips!

I started working from home last week and sitting hours on end in front of my computer have caused me to have neck tension and burning sensation on my left shoulder. I did stretching yesterday but didn't seem to work so I will try these this morning. Even after waking I can feel the burning in my shoulder blade area.

This video is so helpful at work! I work on a computer all day and this gets me all stretched out and back into good posture. I recommend using it every hour of so if you also work at a computer all day.
