4 months integration update after 3rd Ayahuasca ceremony 

An update on my integration process 4 months after my last ayahuasca ceremony.
I am currently in Cairo, until next week. in heading towards India 🌸💕💙
It's been such an exhausting time, as so many patterns have come to surface.
It's good, but lengthy.
