I like that is he talking about it like he actually experienced the struggle himself! If this was a woman I would 100% believe she spoke out of experience
Once she goes into a spot around my boyfriend or even climbs on top of him she’s gone lmao he takes her off the bed 😭 I try telling her too like don’t do it man yk how he feels and she doesn’t listen she likes being in the middle of both of us 😂💖
But what about when you want to turn on your other side! You can’t sleep in the same position throughout the night… and waking up just to get these things done to switch side is so cumbersome
@@dipikaraheja Yes in my country that what we are always told, I come to see 👀 and hear about pregnancy pillow when I come abroad. Plus in my country we eat everything that people in USA America, UK 🇬🇧 and European 🇪🇺 countries are told not to eat when pregnant.
Sleeping in bed not a good one, it will increase the body heat, always used to sleep at flat surface with the mats crafted out of korai grass (Reed plant) also called as Indian Chattai. It will increase the strength of your backbone and have more healthy benefits than bed
Stuffing a pillow behind my back has been such a game changer! I don’t put it under the sheet though so I can swap sides as needed. I have sciatica pain so comfortable positions are hard to find!
I was doing something similar, my friend got me a pillow but I ended up just using this instead. I like the idea of putting the pillow under the sheet cos mine always end up on the floor
How do you switch sides? Like do you wake up to adjust the pillows? Am suffering through such bad hip ache cause of sleeping on one side for longer duration
@Niki Choudhary Sorry I'm late, I didn't know that you had commented until it was liked. I gently rotated my feet and knees to help guide me to move and not strain. I also put satin sheets on my bed, and I slept in a satin gown to help me slide into position with ease!!!! I always had to readjust the pillow or have my husband do so for me
2nd trimester is when you're going to really want to start doing this. But each woman and pregnancy is different, so do what feels right. The bigger you get, the more your body will tell you what you need.
Ive tried every which way, including this. Does not help me. Im 34 weeks pregnant with horrible pelvic pain and cannot sleep in either side. I literally need to sleep sitting up
I must try this :o im 27 weeks and I tried a pregnancy pillow but I am a tiny travel sized goblin. The pregnancy pillow was like riding a horse and hurt even just my neck to use. Thank you, op, for making this, I shall use these tricks
Came from another short where he literally used the pregnancy pillow so weird that I wanted to find out why he thinks he can talk about this. (Like he put it behind his back and used it only for the head and between his thigs. Alao pregnancy pillowscan be used for many more things. Put them in a u shape and put the baby between it when they start trying to sit, so they have Something to grab onto Use it while breast or bottle feeding I loved it on the side of my bed so my daughter wouldn't roll Out when we co slept
It's wild to me that other pregnant women can lie down comfortably. I have to sleep sitting up or I aspirate stomach acid in my sleep. Literally can't lie down for more than a couple minutes, even if I haven't eaten anything 😭
Yes! I allow like this every night. Back sleeper, huge pillow under my knee. And extension pillow for mid knee to ankle.!😎😎!! A smaller pillow for mid waist area for more support n comfort. Head n should pillow wraps the side of face . 4-6” bedding under the full back for added comfort!! I sleep like a baby! 2 light weight summer blankets with a nip of chill air in my bedroom to sleep! ❤❤❤❤❤
As a pregnant woman in her third trimester, I disagree. This is a recipe for joint pain. Remove the blanket, slide that to leg forward so that your joints aren't stacked, knee is touching the bed, and belly is supported by the bed. It's more comfortable if your under leg is straight. Your upper torso will feel most comfortable with the top shoulder opening up your chest so that there's an ever so slight twist in the torso. You're welcome. I just use a couple of small rectangular couch pillows. One between my knees, one between my ankles. Sorry easy to flip around with.
until I move to my own house where my emma mattress is new and all firm I will keep suffering in silence from this soft drown in deep matress at my in-laws' house 😢.
