Except now all employers will have you sign the arbitration clause. You will get an official offer letter and accept it then they will hit you with the arbitration clause.

I can understand if a very advantageous training that gives the employee advantageous in multiple jobs (eg welder to underwater welder), that they'd be expected to be paid out by bringing a certain amount of profit back. However is basic training legal to be included in such contract?
