I'm a more advanced kick boxer but I have been out of it for some time. When you said this was more basic moves, I decided to put on my 12 lb weight vest. This turned a relatively "simple" workout into a REAL GRINDER. Man I'm beat. Great workout!
I did this workout for the first time today. I’m experiencing some TKD burnout and this is the change I needed. Very great workout and I added some side split stretching and a moderate weight workout. Good burn for 40 minutes. Will subscribe and follow.
