READ FIRST: Welcome my friends 🙏 this is an advanced breathing session with LONG breath holds. Be sure to LAY down in a comfortable position (obviously not in water or driving) allowing your body to fully relax. Laying down allows you to gently go beyond your breath hold comfort zone without any risk of falling. When the air hunger gets too intense you can do a few things to prolong the hold; move your body like your are dancing, relax deeper or even squeeze your entire body giving yourself at least 10 more seconds. And when your time is up, take a little SIP of air, release and continue to hold until you cant go any longer. See what works for you. There are so many benefits to practicing long breath holds (intermittent hypoxia) and I have listed them in the video. For best results, try on an empty stomach, lay down (I always lay down when practicing off camera) and put a gentle smile on your face. Lastly, be kind to yourself and always listen to your body. Loved this! I found myself on the longer exhales not remembering breathing in, next minuite I’m at the top of an exhale, anyone know why that is? I’m getting longer and longer with my breath holds with is great and I do your breathing videos every night, and the breath of fire videos in the morning. thank you 🙏❤

Thank-you fot eveything you do. I really want to ask you i am finding it bit harder to do breath retention, i feel the urge and passing out, if i dont take it. I will need your advice on this, please🙏. I am thinking to improve over time or i am dping something wrong.But holding the breath i can go upto 2mins. Not retention! Any advice? ❤
