Hey Sandy! I have a simple request. It would be spectacular if you made some videos where you only say “breath in 3, 2, 1”. Still saying how long the retention would be. We find that it takes us out of meditation to know how long we have remaining until the next breath. I understand some might want to track their progress, but we find that it makes us think about breathing when we were drifting off and has caused us to breath in prematurely where we would have retained our breath longer had we not been reminded of breathing. My friends and I enjoy doing your exercises together very much! Thank you for making these videos!

I love this style of breathwork. I have adhd ptsd bpd and autism. It helps me in ways that i could never imagine. It helps more than my prescribed medication. Sometimes i struggle to get into it. I get insecure of my neighbours hearing me doing breathwork and judge me. I really should not care but it does affect me somedays
So jazzed I can finally do 2+ min breath holds now! This practice is changing my life. Finding your channel has helped me get back into a healthy routine and away from negative reinforcements at night like drinking. Thank you so much for sharing Sandy!

As a beginner in breath work, this one was a full on experience! This combined with a shamanic drum meditation sent me into a trance! I was floating blissfully... That was deeply relaxing! I've noticed that I cannot hold more than 45 seconds at a time just yet so I try to just breathe when I feel that need. For any other beginners out there, don't be intimidated by the breath holds, if you need to breathe, breathe. It's still a great experience!
Doing this practice two days after MDMA therapy and.. wow. I finally feel love for hurt parts of me I had ignorantly hated or unknowingly ignored. I realized during this session that the tightness and struggle I tend to feel during breath holds were me hanging onto old pieces of anxiety and fear. Today, I focused on allowing them to be just as they are and loving them anyway. By the second breath hold, they were loving me back. I'd feel embarrassed to write any of this just days ago. Now, who cares? I more feel liberated and I wish the same for anyone reading this who has struggles. Thank you, Sandy. I come back to your work often. You're a brave man for putting yourself out there as you do and I'm ecstatic that you're finding a bigger audience.

Awesome is mdma legalized now? It's supposed to be this year sometime I recall. How expensive is it compared to ketamine? I did ketamine and it was a hefty sum

Love love the experience everytime! I am navigating alot of emotional pain and have been able to hold all breath retentions by taking in more air and setting the intention and breathing the energy into my heart space. Thank you!🥰💓
I also want to mention something so important you might not realize. You are keeping correct Alignment during your work especially when you breath in. We tend to move our Sternum out forward when we breath in. But the breath should go only in and making an internal expansion spreading structures, not moving bones out of alignment 😮.
Towards the end of the breath hold, I sort of have a mini orgasm. My root Chakra gets heightened, n my body twitches, n then the orgasm. I do have ED issues too, so it might be connected. But would you know why? @BreatheWithSandy

Sandy -on the final round of this breath work/ during the meditation I saw something. It appeared as a large snake staring at me - I've conducted some research and it all falls back to kundalini - any advice?

I've been doing these breath retentions on and off for nearly 3 years and I still can't break 40sec. Is there something wrong with me? I've tried to get past it but it feels like I'm going to die.
At the end of the end round on the exhale, I don’t Remeber breathing in, then I hear breath out and I exhale after being in an odd Trance what in the earth. Amazing 😮
