Lack of communication and expectations up front. People are too polite saying what they need or they assume you're going to be what they like then get mad when you aren't lol

Never do the ones that charge you weekly I got screwed out of a shitload of money😡 for a month and a half yeah it was only 60 bucks but I still did not find a roommate🤬 just a total waste they were FALSELY making me think I had over 50 people that wanted to be my roommate but after I paid for the upgrade most of those people had no idea who/WHERE I was. it was a total scam beware of the ones that charge you weekly💯

When it comes to roommates the only objections are no smokers Casanovas due to thumbing on walls and noisy bed springs and definitely no Satan worshippers, i.e., Ouija boards, tarot cards or any other nonsense.
