Awesome video. In my city we have to have permits to make it an air bnb. Neighbors have been known to report people to code enforcement. Had this been an issue for you? Also what acquiring a new property you have to furnish, decorate etc. how do you handle all of that?

This video was very helpful! I do have one question though because I followed the steps , but majority of the properties showing up have no interior images . I can look up the address and see the outside view, street and everything but I’d like to see the inside before confronting the landlord.
