My hair care is very sample. Pre-poo every 3 weeks and wash my hair with aloe shampoo, then I do a hair glossy which is hibiscus powder and aloe Vera powder, alma powder, and deep conditioner for about half hour, rinse out and my curls are fabulous.

My wellness routine is to be gentle with myself and praying 🙏🏾 that my Heavenly Father, wants me to be abundant and well mind , body and spirit, I am also listening to what my body needs, all things won’t work for me but the ones my body love are getting enough sleep, and then praying and massaging my scalp, also selecting healthy alternatives for snacks since I am a foodie, and light exercise, dumb bells, walking , resistance bands.

Hi, thank you as always for sharing such helpful information on a healthy hair care journey. One of my new favorite gentle care practices that I added to my hair care routine is head massages. My hair wash day is Sunday. After I finish washing my hair and start winding down for the evening, I retwist my hair with aloe vera or a creamy leave-in conditioner and use a head massager or my HairMax to massage my scalp. I usually do it while watching a show to do it for at least 30 minutes. I am going to start to add in the tea with ACV at night.
Being a part of the low carb/keto/carnivore community I learned about Berberine years ago and kept the info in case I ever needed it. So far, I've never had an issue with my blood glucose or A1C numbers being high, they usually fall toward the low end of the lab values. I don't think I have any specific gentle care practices. I'm fairly basic with my hair I shampoo, condition, detangle, and depending on the style I'm going to wear I use a leave-in and gel, a mousse, or a leave-in and cream. The only thing I changed since being diagnosed with CCCA is that I shampoo twice a week instead of every five days. The bloopers were really cute!🤣
Good morning from the Bay area.. since dealing with ccca I’ve incorporated a few gentle routines starting early morning with coffee , journal and daily devotion on my deck is to set my day and mind. I keep my hair routine simple, shampoo/condition twice a week, topical antibiotic when needed, rosemary/mint and Haitian oil, and a compound from my dermatologist that includes red clover, Capauxein and Capixyl used in place of Minoxidil
Hello my gentle routine includes shampoo and deep conditioner weekly Daily scalp massage and prayer , talking to God to relieve stress and anxiety. I am enjoying all your videos. Thanks for the opportunity
Hello from Los Angeles, thank you for sharing such good information. I am interested in that first book you mentioned. I like to spray my hair with water before I apply a light oil, one of the oils is pumpkin seed, which has dht blockers, It is supposed to help with hair growth. Grace, peace and blessings to you. Stay encouraged everyone.❤️🙏🏾
