Hey Justin - I want to break into CRE (I know... sorry but it is literally that!) I am about to sit my RE licence exam but I am not interested in residential as much as commercial sales. I have experience in the financial industry, and definitely sales but not in RE. Would you have advice on how to enter the industry with no previous experience, how to tailor your resume? This is important! Finally, any specific advice for females? In my market, I can count the women in senior positions at the largest CRE firms with one hand... I would really appreciate this, Justin.
Hello! I have been watching your videos for awhile now, and I find them incredibly helpful. I also took your waterfall equity course a couple years back. I am currently in school and will be graduating at the end of next year.
