I would like to see a video on how Grand Juries function, including what being "No-Billed" means. Great content by the way. Found you on TikTok

Glad to see some cross-over viewership! A grand jury video is an excellent idea. It operates in secret and leaves most citizens (and many attorneys) wondering what actually goes on.

@Matthew Harris Back to the Making a Will. What is the difference between buying a will and filling it out versus having an Attorney help you with a will?
@MatthewHarrisLawPLLC
@MatthewHarrisLawPLLC Год назад
That's a great question. Unfortunately, some of the fill-in-the-blank Will forms do not contain all of the information necessary to create a valid Will. Also, if it isn't properly witnessed/executed, then it can also be invalidated. The true down side is that you'll never know if your fill-in-the-blank Will is valid, but your relatives will find out when it isn't admitted for Probate after you're already gone. After you're gone, obviously it is too late to fix any mistakes in your Will. Having an experienced Estate Management Attorney helps to avoid those pitfalls. We have a great video with a 1-question test to determine if you need a Will. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OajqS2iwp6E.html

I like your attire. I like your accent. I like your knowledge. I like your office. Can you relocate to CA? Can I hire you 🤩? I have had the misfortune of never running into an attorney you described here. They do not reply calls and emails. They act so rude and inconsiderate. They do not even care to hear the facts and prejudge the matter and just talk about their retainer or fees without giving me a chance to assess if they are who I prefer to hire. They lie so much. They are often very narcissistic frankly. They are judgmental and racist. They are overpaid or over charge. I wish like free medical coverage availability for low or no income people, there was a system to get good skilled attorneys for less or no costs that was subsidized by the government. I think that is a good idea. If people can get pot legalized, why they cannot think to get such program started by the government. Look where people's priorities really lie, in the drug gutter 🤘.

Thank you for the kind words! I actually relocated to Texas FROM California. I was stationed in SoCal from 05-08, and then came back home to Texas when I got out of the military. I'm sorry you've had such a terrible experience with attorneys. Having a bad attorney definitely makes the process more difficult and stressful.

@@MatthewHarrisLawPLLC Well, do you have BAR license from CA then too? Do you know stats what percentage of law school graduates pass or fail Bar exam?
@MatthewHarrisLawPLLC
@MatthewHarrisLawPLLC Год назад
@@Peep1988 No, I'm not licensed in California. I moved back to Texas to attend law school and am only licensed here. I think the CA Bar Passage rates are pretty abysmal. That's most likely because they will allow graduates from Non-ABA Accredited law schools to sit for the exam.
@Peep1988
@Peep1988 Год назад
@@MatthewHarrisLawPLLC Oh so there are non ABA accredited law schools and they are accepted by US government? Or, are you talking about non ABA accredited in terms of foreign law schools graduates setting in for a BAR exam? I know one thing, education offered in Asian or most third world countries is way better than US and their method is not check this or check that box, recollection memory type, to pass exams like US.
