I'm sure this has already been pointed out but the 2nd clip (no. 3 on your list) of the "Japan Tsunami 2011" is totally inaccurate. It is actually footage of the annual tidal bore of the Qiantang River in China which has attracted 10s of thousands of spectators for 100s of years. Reeeally shoddy research done for this video. 👎

As an older person, that one where the older couple come down to look at the waves, just shows you how much strength you lose as you age. He did not have the strength to save himself, and his wife did not have much more. The the younger man comes back to save them. We did not see what happened to all 3 eventually, but it did not look good

I am Japanese, though. The second and fourth videos are not from the Great East Japan Earthquake that happened in 2011. They are probably images of a disaster in China or somewhere else. The car license plates and the cityscape are not from Japan.

Because very likely he had his own vehicle just off camera. Now I don't speak Japanese but as he runs toward the camera and veers away to the left of screen he cries out, I'd surmise something along the lines of ''start the f'ing engine !'', or words to that effect. If you listen closely at 0:46 you can hear what sounds distinctly like a vehicle door being pulled shut. I'd submit this is the likely explanation.

Number 2 was not the tsunami in Japan, it was the incoming rush of water on a tidal flat in China. Number 4 was also not in Japan, it was the earthquake that hit Nepal.

Japanese do not get close to see tsunami because they know well that it's so dangerous. Japan has early warning system of big alert sound along the most part of the coast so that people can evacuate safely. If the video is Japan you can hear it.
