Thank you for this video! I did what you said and just beat my first 7-star Executor with my 4-star Executor! It was difficult getting RC slower than XB (I had to remove quite a few 6 dot mods from Beskar), but it worked! Thanks so much!!!
I have 5*, and tactics worked perfect 1st time against a 6*. Against 7* was a bit more challenging depending on what reinforced 1st, but still worked on 4th attempt. Thanks alot!
Good video but in the end it comes down to rng. If the executor targets your RC first and your RC gets marked, you have a really low chance of winning. Been struggling with this a lot but 90% of the time the 7 star always goes for RC first and gets marked down.
Yep, I did 7 battles today and 7/7, RC was targeted first. Twice she survived and the second time I won only because their Boba came out as the first reinforcement. This counter can work but a 50% win rate is not realistic. Other people in my shard have had the same experience as me. This is *not* a counter you want to rely on in GAC.
My problem is always my RC not surviving the opening salvo. My exec cannot get a turn before my RC dies. AI always swarms my RC, XB calls RC to assist on my RC, then their RC calls XB to assist and its over in 30 seconds.
@@LiamRodriguez1967 Agreed - I have 4* Exec, R6 Cad, R5 BAM with 3 6e mods to be slower than cad, R5 for the other three. The win-rate for me is a lot less than 50% and that's not even hitting our shard whales with their R7/R8s.
This works at BEST 30% of the time. If RC is marked asap it's an auto loss. About 10% of the time, your HT will be targeted, yet losing is still incredibly easy because of the ultimate. If RC is targeted, it doesn't always even survive and thats even more of an auto loss.
It seems that my 6* executor cannot beat 7* executor. Their cap ship always open with AOE and target my RC. Then their XB use special and calls RC to attack my RC again and it is over.
@@Bitdynasty I noticed that the healing special of your cap ship at 5* didn't give RC taunt. Mine at 6* will give RC taunt after healing so AI will keep attack my RC until it dies. Who will want to heal my attacker but give him a taunt? This is really frustrating.
Elaborate here. Because that's objectively false. 4* Executor has at best a 30% win rate against 7*. 5-6* are around 50% only because of a quicker time to Ult. Higher relics puts lower relic and lower star at an even further disadvantage because of how quickly your RC will be killed off. If your RC is killed off on the opening mass assist, it's an auto loss. If your RC is marked right away, it's an auto loss. There isn't a SINGLE disadvantage to higher relic and star executor.
I think for this counter to be reliable, your Executor must be faster than one of the enemy attacker ships. If both attackers go before your executor can cleanse marked from RC, it likely won’t survive.
Fun fact is that I won the first 10 or so matches doing random things right after unlocking the executor. After that I lost every single match so now I have to forget what I learnt and start learning how to use it properly... tough life
From my experience of 6* vs 7* this does NOT work. Assuming Ur opponent isn't an idiot and sets XB before RC the battle goes only 1 way. Enemy Exe opens up on RC, it removes the tenacity, XB lands breach then RC marks, enemy ships then remove your RC before u can do anything and it's all over.
For me, 5* Executor is a better option. 5* beats 7* with ease, the same tactic shown here works very well. But rng does it's things sometimes. If it marks and kills RC, in the beginning, then the battle is lost. Against IG in the set, you need a different tactic.

The AI ALWAYS uses IG as it's first reinforce for me which stuns my HT and allows them to smash in debuffs, any idea if this is a recent change to the AI?
Your guide def helped me unlock Exec so thank you, but this doesn’t work for me as I can’t seem to get the turn order you do. My rc gets marked and I get stuck behind their ht taunt who keeps dispelling every debuff on himself whenever he takes a turn. I am trying to find a text guide that says exactly what the speed order for every ship should be. I tried following what you said but it doesn’t seem to play out the same way any of yours do. The exec I’m up against is 5* 179 sp, rc 180, ig 185, ht 147. Mine are 5* exec 177sp, 177rc, 178xb, 149 ht. I can’t find a guide with a mirror that has an enemy with ig starting instead of Xb, as it possibly makes a huge difference with this strategy. I find this capital ship to be way too complicated and I’m starting to get burned out on feeling like I need to get a third bachelors degree for swgoh!

Hi, what happens if enemy rc is slower but their XB is faster than mine? That is the case with one fleet arena mate. And I was not able to beat his fleet even using your alternative strategy for slower enemy rc.
can you help me why my Razor Crest gets taken out before i get a turn with my Executor? Both against 7* and 6* Executor and R3/R5 BAM i have 5* Executor with R4 BAM im using your tactics but as i said they always take out my bam before i have a chance to heal it

Hello, I just unlocked executor and my Mando is R5. im having a hard time beating 7* slower RCs. am i screwed? Also I noticed that sometimes I see a MILF as 1st reinforcement to give that foresight to the team which delays the death of the initial BH ships. Have you encountered this lineup before? and how did you beat it?
@@Bitdynasty 11:10 So my scenario is exactly like this. I cannot focus on XB because it is still in stealth here so I have no choice but to go after RC. then they cleanse the mark after.
@@Bitdynasty I have an R8 BAM (speed 188) and R8 Xan (speed 186). The only way to make BAM slower at 185 is to leave a mod off completely. Is this what you are recommending?
