The bug fix made things a little tricker, but it doesn't matter. We still get good banners no matter if we go first or second.

I find it funny that this is one of the rarest places in the game, when if opponent ships are slower it is actually harder to win. I dont like to fight opponents where their RC is slower than my XB. If they win coin toss it is so easy for their RC going last and removing all his debuffs while placing them on your RC. :D

Just an FYI - this only works if you either go first and can burn down their XB right away, or if their Razor Crest is faster than your XB. I've had a lot of issues with RC targeting XB after it comes out of Stealth, and it ruins everything

I open with the heal too, but put it on my Hounds Tooth so he's taunting and will absorb the initial mass assist. What is the reason you prefer to leave RC open to the mass assist at the beginning the match?

Lately the AI has been putting buff immunity on my hound's tooth with the "Stalling Strafe" ability from RC and it's game over for me. Very annoying. Any work around to that?

In none of these battles does their Razor Crest go 2nd and apply breach on your own razor crest. This happens to me more often than shown in this video, allowing them to then mark your own RC and kill the ship. Just as much rng in this battle as the regular one, based on my practice.
