My question is: what one should do, in 50s or later age, if one doesn’t have family and friends around, if this person is feeling alone, because the people around are either toxic/negative and don't care about you, basically they are not your well wishers but you are in a relationship with them and somehow you want to live life with some happiness, although it seems difficult.

I'm a computer Science student in the 4th semester but my GPA is not good (2.57) but in reality I worked very hard at every subject and also those books that are not part of our syllabus but related to my field of study. So when I told my GPA to my colleagues or teachers their first word is your Good performance in the class so why that hurt me a lot.So some of my friends told me do migration to another university guide me!!. so please don't ignore me thanks for you ❤️. Sir making this comment with a very heavy heart. I have tried multiple times to comment on this topic but have always felt reluctant in doing so and ultimately ended up in not commenting. I hope and pray you see this. I have been a very bright student since I was in school. My parents wanted me to become a doctor. I studied and worked hard day and night to pursue this dream. I gave my best. I gave my first attempt of medical entrance test in 2022, unfortunately didn't get admission, sir it was devastating for me because everyone had this false perception that she will do it even though I am also a human I can also make mistakes. All the people started shaming me for that. I stood up again gave my second attempt again in 2023 still I couldn't make it. Sir the comments of people and even my own family break me. I constantly think about it and get upset. Sometimes I think to give this test again because there is no other option and I feel stuck. Please from your exposure can you guide me on what to do next.
