hi Great video you put there . just have some questions : how many times a week? 4 days is it ok?how do you structure theses sessions i mean like you do a day static another dynamic or Both in same session? how many series? how many rest between? i have 10 sec straddle planche hold correct form but i cant make a full without having injuries so can i do this routine? sorry for long post but i really want to reach it!
