I ordered Gia vitex and received my bottle with 120 capsules November 16 started taking them right away 3 capsules a day found out I was pregnant December 10 I was pregnant planning to continue until my second trimester wish me luck
My love and hope sent your way. I had a miscarriage and stillbirth prior to my 2 rainbow babies. A girl and 3.5 yrs later a boy. I am 70 but still grieve the losses. Only we understand that grieve never completely goes away. You remember the pain, both physical and mental. Try to enjoy every moment of pregnancy and motherhood. And try for that second too. I’m turning 31 at midnight and in my second cycle of ttc after having a miscarriage back in Jan 2021. Seeing many of my friends and family members have successful pregnancies has made me anxious for it to be my turn but this video really helped me be comfortable with the possibility of having to wait until it’s just the right time and not feeling guilty or ashamed about not being a mom yet. Your maturity about this sensitive subject is very inspiring because sometimes it’s so easy to be sad and angry instead of just enjoying the journey and being excited that it probably will happen.
To anyone ttc : if your Western doctor can’t explain your infertility, go to a fertility acupuncture. You may have a cold uterus. Look into moxibustion and a holistic healing of the body.
Woooooow I'm taking the same exact supplements you are 😲. I'm currently taking Vitex, Maca, and prenatals. This video was the confirmation I needed, weather to continue to take vitex during pregnancy to prevent a miscarriage. Congratulations!! Thank you for sharing your story. I am currently getting over a miscarriage and my issue was low progesterone as well. I fell pregnant right after stopping my birth control pills. This was a confirmation video because I too purchased Vitex Berry! Again congratulations!!!

I’m so confused because of all the conflicting info online. I’ve read so many warnings saying do NOT use Vitex if trying to get pregnant and cautions how it can worsen hormones such as increasing estrogen etc. Same similar warnings with Maca. So I’ve been hesitant to try them because of all the risks and negative effects.
I’ve read those exact same things. I was going to try Maca years ago for other issues but read that it increases estrogen and increased estrogen can cause breast cancer so I’ve skipped it
1st off congratulations On your new blessing. Can I ask how did you use the vitex in those few months. Was it every day of your cycle or certain days in your cycle?
