What a fun video Tony, i too have old beers from fellow brewers. Awaiting the right time and company to show up to drink them, but this format is fun. Cheers

That was damn cool guys. Thanks for doing this. I remember a couple of those. Dan’s beer and Tony’s were great. The third from Europe’s was also good. Great job taking me down memory lane!

That was a lot of fun :) Good to know my beer wasn’t too bad after that length of time, it was back in the day when I knew less about brewing too. I might just have to brew that one again on my new system. Cheers

You could try to do a NEM - Non Enzymatic Mashing that brings with more flavor, aroma and color of the malt. The beer comes out as a session around 1.020 OG. Suggestion would be to make two beers one in the traditional method and another pure NEM with the same density. The style would be focused on the malt as an Oktoberfest or Marzen.
