Super workout for arms and shoulders. This one doesn't have the warmup or cool down you guys do before and after.other workouts. Those features are so helpful to people like me. Please consider including those or editing them in on all your workouts. I've been a faithful supporter for the last 5 years, the last 3 of which I've paid for in order to support you guys, because I continue to benefit from your workouts!

First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ru-vid.comUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

This is my go to workout for arms and shoulders. I would love to see similar workouts using resistance bands instead of weights, easier to pack when traveling.

Loved this workout.. I'm 57 and want to get more into Strength training and I can't afford the expense of a personal trainer but I actually feel like I have my own personal trainers with you guys. Just a question, how many sessions a week would you recommend, I thought about 3 and I also go hiking at weekends...all the best from Scotland

Oh this is a good workout but what is the stretching? Will have to go back and find a stretching video. Thank you.. what is the thing I really really appreciate about your workout. Is I be able to do it there’s some I can’t. It’s just a struggle so I quit doing them.( I was think are they doing this? For the general public, or for certain quite fit, people, trainers because it is very difficult)
