I did this bounce again today, will always love it. My husband's working from home today so I couldn't have the music full blast. Now I have to do it again when his not home 😂😂😂

*i thoroughly enjoyed this one and was able to keep up with everything so hopefully that’s a sign of increased endurance! also either the core section was really easy or i just got stronger for that as well haha! over 500 total calories burned!*

That's fantastic to hear! Feeling the burn means you're challenging yourself, and that's where the real progress happens. It's completely normal to have a hard time keeping up during cardio, but with consistency, you'll definitely improve over time. Keep up the awesome work! 🦘💪🔥

Another awesome barre and bounce workout. I loved the cardio at the beginning, followed by the super awesome barre moves of the legs, followed by the abs at the end. Thank you so much as always for another great workout.

Thst was great Michelle! A bit of everything..not a big fan of barre as I don't enjoy it and find some of the moves hard...however I know they are good for me..made it easier when it was sandwiched between the rebounding.Thanks!
