Love this workout! I look forward everyday to do your workouts I am down 8 pds and I noticed I am more toned. Thank you Michele and to the girls you have doing the workouts with you. I sometimes have to do the modified version because I have arthritis in my knees. Another great workout to save on the playlist.

I also loved this workout. ❤ I don’t have ankle weights but still feel I got a good workout. The hardest exercise- the small circles while lying on your stomach. For some reason, I was out of breath 😂

Perfect workout for me today! I’m in the middle of moving and surrounded by boxes. It’s hard to find room for cardio. But this workout got my heart rate up while toning my arms, legs, and definitely working my core. Thank you Michelle!

Standing core is a new thing for me, I love it! I tend to use my back and hip flexors when I do core on the floor so this is very helpful. Thanks again Michelle😁
