Don't be fooled by the word beginner. Was harder than I thought it was going to be. Just remember if you're a beginner, you go at YOUR pace, hit pause if needing a break, and always repeat the workout so you are more familiar with the moves. Now go have some FUN!

I'm feeling great after completing this workout--NOT EASY! It was hard for me to keep up on my bellicon but I did my best. I used lighter weights due to various injuries and to give me the best chance at maintaining form during the strength moves; I wasn't able to complete as many reps as the crew. Loved it, will revisit. Thank you, Michelle and friends. 😀💪

This was incredible, beginner is not the right word Michelle, hehehehe. This was much MORE intense than I thought and I am not a beginner. The moves were easy to catch and not complicated to transition through. Thank you so much for a great sweat and your continued encouragement.

You're so welcome! On paper it seemed like a beginner workout...but when we got going...we all were like you. Yes the moves are basic but that tempo really turned up the intensity. Now you would think opposite because were slowed it down, but you have the opportunity to increase your range and work differently. I'll have to try my efforts at a REAL beginner workout. Your awesome Anishka!🤍

Enjoy your combinations. Although basic moves, they just flow together so very seamlessly. And, I appreciate your interesting arms. As always, your cueing is excellent. I like the slower pace. As they say in ballet, if you want to perfect your technique, take a beginner class. The music is exciting and invigorating; just makes you want to move. I like intervals but would prefer them on the rebounder as I am clutsy getting on and off; for me it breaks up the flow. I would really appreciate a 20-25 mins beginner HIIT with weights on the rebounder. So glad I found you; thank you for your classes.

You really fooled us with this one Michelle!! Beginner it was not did this workout on Sunday morning and had a real sweat on but today I had difficulty sitting down and walking!! The moves were easier to follow. Thank you again for these all round workouts. Will do this one again in a few days.

Sorry...When I put it on paper it seemed easy. It wasn't until we were into the workout that we all felt like it was a notch up from beginner. Yes the moves are basic, it's the tempo that get you. Hope you fully recovered and did it again.👍🥰

Usually not a fan of trampoline workouts, but truly enjoyed this one. I feel like I’m working out with my buddies!!! Loved the, “BE CAREFUL ON THE JOYFUL JUMPS, BECAUSE YOU COULD PEE YOURSELF!!!” No truer words spoken. 😂😂😂 Love how real you are!!! 💕💕💕💕💪🏼💪🏼

Did this yesterday. This pace is perfect for me. Loving the trampoline but still can’t elevate the hopping moves. I have to stay with one foot on the trampoline.

I need low impact but I modify the jumping to floor work and still got a great workout especially with the weight intervals! Keeps my heart rate up. Love the combo.
