Looking for deep opening, deep stretches and destress at the same time? Here is a perfect practice for you to join which can over the period of time open your body and mind. Yin Yoga has ability to really calm your mind while also working on the body at a deeper level. We will be ending this practice with Brahmari Pranayama.
Work on rejuvenation of the cells, stress the fascia and connective tissues through this Yin Yoga practice. On mental level Yin Yoga work on your emotional front as well, calming the mind down and relaxing the whole being.

What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga focuses on holding passive poses for extended periods (3-5 minutes) to target the connective tissues that surround our muscles and joints. Unlike active yoga styles, Yin Yoga doesn't involve strenuous movement. Instead, it gently stresses these deeper tissues promoting flexibility, improved joints and joints health, and increased range of motion.
