Okay so NEVER comment on videos but I had to for this one because it's my favourite. Since lockdown began in the UK I stared doing your workouts as my gym was closed and I thought I'd spend the time working on my weaknesses (posterior chain). After the gyms reopened I continued with you, as your pilates and stretching follow alongs have complimented my own strength and conditioning training immensely. I've always struggled with a weak lower back due to hyper-mobility which has affected my lifting, but I've religiously followed at least three of your work outs a week and the benefits have been amazing and noticeable to my coaches. You've taught (then reminded) me how to activate those small muscles that often let get lazy when training and both my range of mobility and (more to the point) strength in my end-range has increased. I did this work out yesterday at the end of three back to back intense training days, I started it feeling a pretty battered but by the end of it I felt amazing. I've also pretty much evangelised to all the crossfitters I train with and even made my partner join in with a few (he loved the pelvic floor one!) Thanks so much for your fun but challenging videos, there's not been one I haven't loved!

Your classes are definitely the best! I love your videos because you really focus on the awareness of each movement: in doing so, even a “simple” movement can turn into a challenging one. When I look at you, I wish I would have never quit classical ballet when I was a teenage girl, but I must say one thing: if I were told all the stuff you keep saying in your videos, I would probably have gone on. I loved this! Wonderful exercises. I am 64 and was thrilled to make it all the way through. Even after years of yoga and pilates the combination here were excellent! Thank you so much.
This video is one of my first Pilate exercices. It's so nice to review. Shoulders are still my weakest link, but good abs and more flexible, not much for a going to 65 in two months, anyway feeling great. Thank you for all your hearty videos and your times, God bless you, sweet Désirée.
This was my first foray into Yogalates, and thank you so much for having it available online! (I teach yoga and take pilates twice a week, but have never experienced the combo.) While it's not for me, I understand a little better what people mean when they say the word!
This really was very heavy on the Pilates and light on the yoga. As a yoga teacher who is also a Pilates teacher I speak from experience. When the class is more balanced it is extremely enjoyable to us yoga practitioners. Try another teacher you might find heaven in this balance.
I wish I could finish because I love the feeling but need to cut it short because I was running out of time to prep in the am... a busy mom here needs to attend to my kids in the morning hopefully there's at least 20 min of this. I super love this. Update I finally got a chance to finish this workout and oh my gosh! I didn't notice that it was all done I felt so good.
Excellent class, I've done literally hundreds of online yoga & pilates classes during lockdown and this is definitely one of the best so far. Looking forward to doing more.

After a tiring workout yesterday night, I thought I could start the day with a relaxing workout. Thank you Desiree, this was relaxing and challenging at parts, just the way I needed the make the body ready for the day.
I woke up this morning with some siatic pain and used this as my go to as I already knew it has the best leg stretches and core work. Those fold over figure eights hit the spot!! love love love You girl 💕
Day 13 complete!!! This felt so good! My fibromyalgia makes my body stiff when I wake up so when I do the warm up on your channel my body feels a lot better but this one made me feel even better! I want to do this everyday haha
This is a great way to start the week. Stretch away the Monday or any blues, get strong to take on the week, and stay balanced through what could occur in life. Thanks Desiree! ❤
