I just finished this workout. I am 72 years old and my gym is closed due to the Coronavirus. The only thing that I changed was the wait time between cardio bursts. Also could not quite get the boxing three step but I will practice with it. I feel amazing. Thank you Jeanette.
I basically consider Jeannette my personal trainer since I do her different popsugar workouts 3-5 times a week 😂 I burned 400 cals from this video. I loveeeed it and will definitely be doing it again. However, nothing will ever beat her 60 min popsugar video, I feel like I can conquer the world after finishing it!
Yessss!!! More Jeanette Jenkins workout please! I love all her workouts because she combines cardio with strength training which in my opinion is the best way to lose weight and tone your body at the same time

For anyone wondering how many calories you'll burn, I did the workout with a few breaks (did it in 45 minutes) and burned 404 total calories and 340 active calories! It was an amazing workout! 🥰
After watching so many times, my favorite moments are still: 1) when they're about to start the burpees and Jeanette tells Gideon to "come on!" and he frantically backpedals into position and 2) the "oh yeuss" during stretching :D
I LOVE Jeanette's workouts!!! They're incredibly challenging, but I love her personality...it keeps you going til the end! I feel so much stronger (and much sweatier) by the end!!! Thanks PopSugar for having her on so many times! I've done her videos several times :)
I must say I was expecting jumping and moving like crazy for a hiit wo, but this one is slow paced and a great challenge, definitely different and a great workout!
I've been doing Jeanette's workouts for about two years, and I love them. Also love the energy of Gideon in the back!! Best kind of people to have in a w/o session!
I'd say around 300=400 calories. Completely depends on the person, and average would be say 100 calories every 10 minutes. But of course it's completely dependent on certain variables such as body mass, intensity at which you work and metabolic rate.
Shoutout from Paris, I just love the spontaneity, positivity and energy of JJ, these videos totally helped me survive the lockdown. Now that it's over (at least for now) I'm still committed to these workouts, so I want MORE. Also I want to be friends with her.
JJ I love you!!! I joined her HTC 3 weeks ago and I AM FEELING IT!! Starting to see muscle definition, more energy, higher endurance! I especially love how descriptive she is about each move and always takes the time to educate her audience. I can't wait to see even more results!
I love this workout!! I’m in my 50s and managed to do some of the challenging moves and the stretch at the end was lovely unlike some videos it’s very short. Like to see more workout like this. Thanks team, keeping us motivated!
Omg just did this it's crazzzzyy n awesome. Let me just say popsugar fitness is the plug. May 2018 I was 214 pounds after having my son. Along with a fairly low carb diet and breastfeeding I followed Jeanette, Kiera Lashe and Jennifer Johnson vids on here (they are all different but were the ones that somehow I enjoyed working out with 😁) and by October I had lost 37 pounds. Now I'm at 168 and looking to get down to 154 before the year is out.... With you guy's help🙌🏿

I've never enjoyed working out this much before!!! NEVER. this is the first workout that I've completed without the modified version (low impact)😁. What i loved about this..was that it included cardio kickboxing 🔥 (bonus for me.). Thank you JJ. Would love to follow your workouts❣

Loved this one! Specifically- the variety of exercises, combination moves that keep it interesting, and the fact that she eases u into the steps for more complex ones. Thank you for the low impact versions too- every time I have a knee injury those are so handy! Always like the Jeanette Jenkins workouts on popsugar
