I have a Apple 3 watch and I’m 5’6 196 pounds I did this workout and was only able to get 448 calories. I’m wondering what calorie counter you used. I feel like mine is cheating me. Because my heart rate is super fast and I’m soaked in sweat. No one I didn’t burn more calories. It’s super frustrating for sure
@@kristygarza9720 Your fitness level also plays an important role & how you execute each moves will also determine the amount of calories that you burn. Keep on doing it and you will become stronger.
Always love this workout! It reduces my stress:) I just wanted to say that I burned around 420 calories (without the cooldown) I'm 164cm (5.3ft) and I weigh 59kg (130lbs) and I'm using an Apple Watch SE to track my workouts:) Have a nice day everyone

This is definitely my favorite workout ever!! I've been doing it about 2-3 times a week and I've lost 1.5 pounds every week(with this workout and running on the treadmill the rest 4 days) ! 100% recommend this workout!
I am being honest, I am not overweight, but I can't do full body push ups; I can't do sit ups (at all!); I can't hold a plank for long, but I am super proud of myself cause I finished this workout!! (Now the floor is wet with my sweat!)
This is the like the 10th video I've tried since self-isolating - and it is the BEST. It's fun, challenging, and I feel exhausted yet energized. I made it to 06:06, which I think is good. Christa is the Energizer Bunny. How she can do this workout and talk is beyond. Tomorrow, I'll stay with it until the end (I hope!). Thanks for at-home workout that feels like I worked out.
I am also doing a video each day, and today I repeated this one, it's so challenging but when you finish the workout, you feel so in control of yourself, proud and strong
Since quarantine started, I've been working out with many videos on RU-vid and believe me, this is the BEST workout Ive done by now! I reached 460kcal and Im still sweating!!
I'm 63 and loving these workouts. Anna - you get everywhere!! Love the moves (even if they are tough sometimes) and the enthusiasm of you all is awesome. Keeping me sane during lock down. Big thanks guys.
I feel like some of the moves are excessively complicated. For a first go around, I definitely don't think this is a 500 calorie workout. Maybe 350-400?

wow 3 years later and i only found this video today (great thing wonder woman 1984 came out today cause I love me some Wonder Woman!) awesome workout. burned 520 calories doing this!!!! was a sweaty messsssss. Thank you popsugar :)
I love this workout, it's so much fun! Also, don't feel too frustated if you can't pick up the combos right away. Don't be afraid to push the video back a little and repeat the slow parts as many times as possible until you get it right (I found it especially hard to coordinate the legs with the arms). I have terrible coordination but with time and practice I can do them okay-ish now!
Best workout ever!!!!! After having an emergency hysterectomy this workout gave me back my strength, endurance, and curves. I always feel like the instructor is right beside me encouraging me to keep moving! She is amazing Thank you so much😘

Advice for others!!!⚠️⚠️⚠️ I am fit and have been doing Popsugar kickboxing workouts for a while. This is a great workout but she goes FAST through the combos. It is better to go slower and have control, than to risk pulling something. Just an FYI, speed throwing your body parts and exhaustion don’t mix well

I've been doing Popsugar workouts a few times a week for about 6 months now. When I started I wouldn't have been able to imagine getting through this workout let alone enjoying it. This is amazing!
2 years since this workout has been posted, I keep on coming back! (actually besides Anna's, Christa's workouts are the only ones I find myself coming back to). this workout, for me, is difficult to get through completely without slacking just a little bit and skipping the hot sauce on some of the last few reps. I know it's going to push me, and I know once I finish, I feel so accomplished.

This is one of my favorite workouts. According to my Fitbit, I just burned 515 calories! I definitely feel it too, haha. Thank you. Please bring more cardio kickboxing to Popsugar with Christa!
Added bonus: Combine the first two core moves into one! Cross knee x2 --> scorpion flip --> transfer weight into the cross body punch --> toe touch --> flip to plank position and repeat on other side. It's fun!

This is awesome! I've been looking for a kickboxing workout for a while and this is so much fun! You definitely WORK. First time doing it, I didn't use weights, burned 417 calories with the cooldown. If I had used weights I'm sure I would have hit 500+
I burned 582 calories plus I modified for floor exercise. For some exercises that I couldn't do, I stood while I boxed in place. This was an amazing and fun workout. I have saved it to my favorite youtube workouts

This wasn´t a 45-Minute Boxing Workout at all! It was like 4,5 minute workout. Times fly so quickly with you, Christa. :-D You´re the Ninja Queen. Even burpees make fun with you. Is it normal? :-D
Oh my word.....Kris Di Paolo is my new absolute kickboxing workout coach! I have to admit, I didn’t like it the first 4 times doing her workouts....lol....feeling like I’m lost with all the kicks & punches....but 5th time going through this workout...it is now so so good! Love love ❤️ it! 👍🙏❤️🇨🇦
Was not sure how accurate the calorie burn was going to be, but it was pretty spot on. Wore my heart rate monitor and burned 476 calories in 50 minutes. I am 5'7" and about 150-155lbs. I typically live at 7,000ft elevation gain, and consider my self to be in pretty great shape (skiing, hiking, running, HIIT, strength training etc.) and did this at 850 ft. above sea level. Looking forward to doing it at 7k ft.
This was my favorite kickboxing exercise until they added so many ads to cut the whole exercise to be pieces. Who likes to be interrupted like this during the exercise? Please put all the ads together before the exercise, I’d rather watch a 10min long ads before the exercise, thanks!
ive watched so so many different workout routines and this one is by far my favourite!! usually i try not to repeat videos but this one is so much funa nd so effective!! love it so much during lockdown!! :)

COMPLETE! WOOHOO!! I was able to push myself to the max, no mods whatsoever, because I had a very starchy dinner!! :) Burned off dinner haha! But I definitely don't think I can do this workout without having something to eat beforehand. Thanks Christa! You are so empowering!
Too too many ads in between workout.. tried one time but angrily stopped because of advertisements... I mean who have so many ads in between workout...
For those thinking they can't do this workout. I am overweight and I am able to do this! I look like Koopa by the end, drenched in sweat.. not the abs part.. But I feel great and know I did a challenging workout!
