40 minute HIGH IMPACT DUMBBELL Workout ( FULL BODY SUPERSET STRENGTH )

In this 40 minute HIGH IMPACT DUMBBELL Workout we will target and challenge the entire body. We will be having 10x supersets in total and we are going to do each superset for 2x rounds in a row. We will perform each movement for 40 seconds with 15 seconds between the superset movements and 20 seconds rest after each round.
After the first 5x supersets there will be a 50 seconds water-break.
The weights of my dumbbells for this workout are:
2x 5KG
2x 10KG
2X 18KG
You can Simply add intensity to this workout by using heavier weights. In case you want to add volume to the workout you can do this routine 2-3x rounds in a row.
Please make sure to do a proper warming up before starting the workout:

1. Suitcase - Curl - Overhead Press
2. Front Squat Overhead Press
2x Rounds
3. Narrow Stance Bent Over Row & UP
4. Kneeling Alternating Rows
2x Rounds
5. Decline Dumbbell Chest Press
6. Decline Dumbbell Fly
2x Rounds
7. Alternating Reverse Lunges
8. Alternating Reverse Lunges Full Front Raise
2x Rounds
9. Lying Hover Press
10. Bent Over Back Pull
Part II
2x Rounds
11. Heels Elevated Full Stop Push Ups
12. Full Side Raises
2x Rounds
13. Romanian Deadlift To Shrugs
14. Single Leg Deadlift To Reverse Lunge
2x Rounds
15. Stiff To Upright Row
16. Curl Twist To Hammer Curl
2x Rounds
17. Wide floor press
18. Skull Crusher To Narrow press
2x Rounds
19. Leg Raise Hip Lift
20. Weighted Crunch

Just wanna say I love your workouts! I am 12 weeks postpartum and these workouts have really helped me get back into my pre-pregnancy highly athletic shape. Your videos are very dynamic, and I can tell you put the time into perfecting these videos to make them just right for the viewers! I hope your injury is healing well Daniel! I did this at 9pm last night and I woke up at one point around 4am and my shoulders were already very sore lol. The way you set this up with repeating every two exercises made this really tough! I failed before the timer was up in the second rounds of some exercises. The Elevated Full Stop Push-ups, since I do push-ups on my knees I was wondering how I can make it harder. So I elevated my feet but pushed up on my knees, then straightened my legs and lowered in the elevated position. I did have to stretch my chest several times to continue. I'm going to have to try regular push-ups like this too. My heavy weight is 16kg, but Reverse Lunges I'm still with 15kg so my knees can touch the ground. That ab section-- I've never had to take breaks for Leg Lift/Hip Raises before, but I had to pause three times in the last round. Weights: 16kg, 15kg, 10kg, 8kg 7.5kg (skull crusher 2nd round)

Why not? Supersets are not only for antagonist muscles. These supersets are great for metabolic stress on the same muscle and the strength endurance.

I would say please use some challenging weights , men or women the muscles react to resistance so if the weights are too light the impact will be less. I would say Surat with a set of 5k and 10kg and based on that figure out what your personal weights with each exercise are.
