In this 40 minute HIGH IMPACT DUMBBELL Workout we will target and challenge the entire body. We will be having 10x supersets in total and we are going to do each superset for 2x rounds in a row. We will perform each movement for 40 seconds with 15 seconds between the superset movements and 20 seconds rest after each round.
After the first 5x supersets there will be a 50 seconds water-break.
The weights of my dumbbells for this workout are:
2x 5KG
2x 10KG
2X 18KG
You can Simply add intensity to this workout by using heavier weights. In case you want to add volume to the workout you can do this routine 2-3x rounds in a row.
