I genyinely dont know how he plays games as well as he does while also making clever remarks about things. Like, i can barely talk and play guitar at the same time, and ive put thousands of hours into that. If i had to be funny and insightful, it aint happening. And guitar requires less brainpower for me than video games require for everyone who isnt a speedrunner.

The Dead by Daylight rant was great. I remember watching youtubers play it when it first came out and thought it looked fun. A few years later I reconnected with some friends, played Destiny 2, they're like "Oh actually we play DBD too", I tried playing it and got hit with somehow worse backseating than Destiny 2 raids. "Nooooo you shouldn't do that it's not as good as this! Noooo, that path is 0.5s longer than the other way around! Noooo, that path is shorter but it has better connections to the map so the monster is usually there!" like damn bro this is too much.
21:28 lmao this was unexpected, but he's right on the mark with DBD, went back over a year ago and the games entirely different from launch, I remember going to just hide in plain sight near the dark tan brick walls with Claudette right next to a gen and they wouldn't see me half the time because of her dark tan coat outfit nearly blending in. Now half the perks in the game deny you any ability to even try to hide, everyone is sweating with noise canceling headphones and they'll hear your character fucking breathe.. it's ridiculous that they killed an entire play style, you have no idea what perks they might have and any number of them can just show your aura or somehow tell them where you are. Also it's undeniably the most toxic game I've ever played, by far.
